Warranty and Return


Shop with confidence! We want you to be delighted with your items but if for any reason you want to return or exchange your order we offer a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. Items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange. We kindly ask that you return the items in an unused and saleable condition. Please drop us an email or include a note with either your order number or your name and a telephone number in case we need to call you. 

As long as the items are in saleable condition with original packaging/labels we offer a full refund, credit note or exchange at the price you paid for the item(s).

We will cover the cost of returns in the case if we have sent an incorrect or faulty item. All exchanges are sent out free of charge, including to overseas addresses.  

If you have used a discount code on your order, this will also be applied to exchanged items. 

As per the Customer Contracts Regulations, refunds on expedited orders will be for the price of standard postage only. 

 Faulty or Incorrect Items

We hope this never happens but we are human and occasionally an incorrect or faulty might be sent out. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will send you a pre-paid packet to return the item to us. Please wait for us to provide you with a postage label and do not post back until we have supplied this as we cannot refund postage charges for other couriers. Once we have received the item in the same condition as we sent it in, we will arrange a full refund or exchange.
